Our client in Mississauga (Meadowvale) has a Supply Chain Asisstant

You will provide support to International and Domestic service teams. You will be responsible for facilitating effective administration and office operating procedures across the organization in relation to customer service.

You will support the International Sales department by coordinating client orders, purchase orders, facilitate ocean shipments, export documentation, monitor import shipments and assist with Letters of Credit.

As the Supply Chain Assistant, you will also support the organization's local sales team by processing client orders, arranging logistics, responding and resolving customer inquiries.


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Self-disciplined with strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Post secondary diploma in Business
