Our client - a global logistics company has a Customer Service Representative openingat their corporate office in Mississauga (Dixie/Eglinton area). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is crucial in this position.

You will be responsible for for customer satisfaction by providing product and service information, process orders and resolve problems.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and or fax
  • Manage export cargo via phone, e-booking and EDI
  • Ensure accurate information processing, cargo details
  • Coordinate overweight cargo handling
  • Track, trace and trouble shoot
  • Maintain and update customer information
  • Monitor and facilitate Bill of Lading changes
  • Attend training and meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in call centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure
  • Transportation experience an asset
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Bilingualism in Spanish and English an asset
