Our client in Mississauga (Airport and Hwy 427) has a permanent full time Customer Service Representative opening at their head office.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with order entry. Excellent communication skills is efficient for this role.

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm


  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders via phone, email or fax
  • Provide customers with knowledgeable product information
  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates
  • Other clerical tasks as needed

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Call centre experience strongly preferred
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • AS400 experience an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Bilingual in French and English an asset
