Our client who is a leader in fuel is searching for an Inside Sales Representativeto join their teamon a full time permanent basis! You will be responsible for generating new business by territory and lead generation. You will be making outbound calls to prospects, offering services for their needs and scheduling appointments for the company's consultants.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and energetic who enjoys the challenges and rewards of adding value and reaching potential! This company offers an excellent opportunity to work for a growing, fast-paced organization with competitive compensation and benefits.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary:$45,000 + commission, benefits, RRSP


  • Meet and exceed monthly targets including outbound calls and appointment bookings
  • Meet and exceed Gross Margin on new business monthly and annually
  • Proactively generate leads via telephone calls, emails, social media and mail
  • Utilize variety of databases to search for potential leads that fit into company's profile
  • Continuously updating knowledge of company's services
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track information on leads
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance and maintain knowledge


  • High energy, self starter able to work effectively in strong team culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Degree/Diploma in Business marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in sales related field
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
