Our client- a global logistics company is in need of a Customer Service Representative to join their corporate office in Mississauga (Matheson of Hwy 401). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is crucial in this position.

You will be responsible for for customer satisfaction by providing product and service information, process orders and resolve problems and complaints.

Working Hours:Candidate must be flexible to work Monday - Friday between 8am-8pm (8 hr shift).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and or fax
  • Manage export cargo via phone, e-booking and EDI
  • Ensure accurate information processing, cargo details
  • Coordinate overweight cargo handling
  • Track, trace and trouble shoot
  • Maintain and update customer information
  • Monitor and facilitate Bill of Lading changes
  • Attend training and meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as required

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in call centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure
  • Transportation experience an asset
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
