Description

We are recruiting a Customer Service/ Data Entry Agentfor our global client.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years customer service experience in a call centre environment. Work experience with customs, containers and/or logistics required. You will be working at their Mississauga or Brampton office on a temp to perm basis. Previous industry experience is an asset.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to high volume customer inquiries via phone, email and/or fax
  • Ensure accurate processing of customer cargo information
  • Track, trace and troubleshoot
  • Maintain and update customer information
  • Monitor and process Bill of Lading
  • Other related duties as needed
  • What you need:

  • 1-2 years customer service in call centre environment
  • University/College degree required
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good sense of urgency and result oriented
  • Transportation industry experience an asset
