The candidate must have experience working in the HVAC industry.

Our client is in need of an Administrator to join their service department on a permanent full time basis. The ideal candidate will have dispatching and B2B experience. Excellent communication and computer skills are required for this position.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm

Pay: $22/hr + depending on experience, No benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, dispatch and follow up with service technicians
  • Answer customer service calls, requests, inquiries and follow up
  • Create quotations and follow up with customers
  • Track and renew maintenance agreements
  • Purchase HVAC parts
  • Process technicians' weekly time sheets, expense reports and documents
  • Create and update customer account information
  • Enter information on Excel, Payroll tracking sheet, Quick Books for head office
  • Calculate monthly union dues
  • Enter mechanic's expenses into Quick Books
  • Perform job costing and invoicing for head office
  • Other Clerical tasks as assigned

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • HVAC industry experience in similar role required
  • Experience handling national accounts
  • Dispatching experience required
  • Strong Excel and Quick Books skills
  • High school diploma or work equivalent
