Calling all administrative professionals!

We are looking for a candidate who has strong administrative skills to join our client's office in Mississauga.

We have a permanent full time and a permanent part time position available.

What you will do:

  • Process orders and maintain client accounts 
  • Organize and maintain scanning of documents
  • Process payments via phone and online
  • Sign in and out employees daily
  • Other clerical tasks as assigned

What you need:

  • 2 years of office experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to work in a fats paced environment
  • Can work independently and in a team
  • Able to type 40wpm with excellent accuracy
  • Excellent phone manner
